USA

Sonoro has an option to earn a 60% interest in Northern Empire Resource Corp’s 31,720 acre (12,836 ha) Hilltop Gold Exploration Project situated 70 km southeast of Fairbanks, Alaska; 75 km west of Sumitomo’s Pogo mine (4.973 million ounces at 12.5 g/t gold; and 135 km south of Kinross’s Fort Knox mine (3.8 million ounces at 0.45 g/t gold).

Mexico

The wholly-owned Chipriona and Los Pinos projects are located in the heart of the prolific Mulatos District in the Sierra Madre Gold Belt of eastern Sonora State. Chipriona is situated adjacent to Agnico Eagle's La India mine and 6 km southeast of Agnico's Tarachi deposit. Alamos Gold’s Mulatos Mine is 15 km southeast of Chipriona

The 644 ha wholly-owned San Marcial property (with an option to acquire an additional 1,235 ha) is located 20 km east of of Timmins Gold's San Francisco mine in Sonora State, at the southern end of the prolific Sonora-Mojave Megashear, a regional-scale structural system measuring approximately 500 km long by 50 km wide. Gold mines in the Megashear have produced over 10 million ounces with about 25 million ounces remaining in resources.

Canada

Sonoro has an option to earn a 50% interest in the 1,282 ha Monroe project, located 20 km southwest of Cranbrook, British Columbia and 40 km south of the former giant class Sullivan Zinc-Lead-Silver mine.
